In the past few years, we have had experiences with several nursing facilities, and TelHai ended our search. My father was admitted with dibilitating pain, and seemed unlikely to survive. The attentiveness and responsiveness of the TelHai nursing staff, as well as the skill of the doctor, managed my fathers pain, and enabled him to improve beyond even our hopes.
He was able to join my mother in assisted living in their own apartment, for another 3 quality years.
The management and social services staff are accessible, listen and address any concerns.
I sincerely feel that if we had not found TelHai, we would have missed out on some very precious time that my Mom and Dad could spend together.
We recently lost our father, but even in our grief and devastating loss, will never forget the support and compassion showed to my parents and our family.
