Every day during my stay I had to remind the staff to give me my pain meds, which I was to have every six hours. Every day I had to ask repeatedly for my meds. I had difficulty with PT because I did not have my meds beforehand . I could not do my PT one day because of the pain because I did not have my meds. and I was in too much pain.
Patients are served meals in a cafeteria style setting. They are urged not to have meals in their rooms.
The food is deplorable. I wouldn't even call it institution food.
The place is clean and has no urine odor.
