We had a very bad experience when our mother was there for therapy. They were short staffed of therapists so my mom couldn't physical therapy. She only got what they call occupational therapy. The staff just aren't friendly. It looks new and remodeled but the floors are filthy. I had to remind a nurse and cna to wash their hands after taking mom to the bathroom. I was appalled. The Director of Nursing is rude and abrasive. The ceo won't return calls and we are always transferred to her voice mail. So frustrated we took mom home before she was ready.
