My mother was at Nazareth for an anticipated short term rehab stay but it turned into long term care. I couldn't have been happier with Nazareth. All of the staff from the nurses, CNA's, dietary aides, social worker, etc treated my mother with upmost respect. They loved my mother and took excellent care of her. They were always available to answer my questions and they kept me well informed of changes or concerns with my mother's care and health. There were many activities and events to keep my mother busy and active. Nazareth become my mother's second "home" and mine as well.

I am a former employee and it is very sad to see where its heading.
Do not send your loved one to Nazareth. The lack of staff that is there is horrible and none of the residents are thoroughly taken care of. Rude and unfriendly staff who only care about paper work. Step into Nazareth after supper time and you'll see how unorganized the place is. 8 call lights on at once and no Nurses to be found. Once State arrives everybody runs around like the place is perfect until they leave. My relative was there for quite awhile. If you want to make sure your loved one is actually being taken care of where its safely staffed, I suggest choosing a different nursing home.
