My family member was here and it was a terrible experience for the entire family. The staff all hate their jobs and everything they do for the patient is an inconvenience for them. My family member was sent out twice for dehydration and an infection he got while being there. The staff do not pass out waters to the residents and if you request one you wait a long time. The food is always cold. There is a huge turnover with the managers as they realize this is a terrible place to work. Staff fight in the middle of the hallways.
