This place is so dirty and understaffed. the patients smell like urine and poop and sit in wheelchairs for hours with dried food on their faces. I saw one patient pick up a piece of sandwich off the floor and eat it-staff did nothing. There was a stocky nurse with short, dark hair yelling at a resident that she "Had had enough of this behavior. Knock it off". Why do places like this remain open?
