Bad management. Poor service.

My mother has lived at Markesan Resident Home for over three years and I am very satisfied with the care she receives. The staff are very warm and friendly and the building is very clean. Mom needs a lot of help form the staff. They always have her looking so nice and she is happy. She always tells me "The girls are so nice to me." I am glad we decided on Markesan Resident Home when Mom needed extra help. They have been wonderful.

Short staffed, seem to care more about appearance than actual resident care. Rude workers.. overall looks nice on the outside not so nice inside.
