Easy to to follow and informative. Overall assessment of the patient care and inspection reports is insightful for family to help understand what care is being provided and important by inspectors. I also thought that the inspection reports and corrective steps were important assessment tools to understand the care given to patients. And the report seemed to match the overall facility quality of care provided when I took a physical walk through.
