This place needs all the help it can get and I'm not sure there's enough of that to help this place. As a former resident, I would highly recommend if you care about somebody don,t send them to Firlane. Most of the staff is ruder than helpful… Full Review

The person in the bed next to my dad left and their tray remained covered in their drinks & food etc. for a long time afterward. The floor was messy/dirty and never swept or mopped. A young man said "housecleaning" looked around for 2 seconds… Full Review
