My mother entered this shop of horrors in the afternoon doing well and I found her the next day at 2 pm unresponsive due to their negligence. She died two days later. What do you call that? I wish I could rate this a zero… Full Review

Mother-in-law there for 5 days before we changed her to another home. Little personal care. She said the female staff were kind, but the male staff treated her roughly and unkindly. Several times when we visited the place smelled like urine… Full Review
