Admissions nurse was extremely rude, unsympathetic to the fact my mother was terminal and had just been released from the hospital after spending 12 days in two different ICU's. Charge nurses would go so far as to tell you how busy they were when trying to get an update on mother's condition, acting as if it was a bother to take the call. And boy, when it is time to be discharged, they could give a rat's a** if your loved one actually has a place to go after being discharged. Lack of true caring and concern for patients and families.
