My mother was a patient at Park West for 2 days till we moved her. The facility was filthy. Bathrooms were dirty. Everything that could have gone wrong did. It took the staff several hours to figure out how to set up my mom's pain pump. During the night the floor was empty with no staff to be found for 1/2 hour. The elevator to the basement "courtyard" was more like a service elevator. The staff was very embarrassed and very apologetic when we complained. I am shocked that Hospice recommends them. I am so glad we moved my mom to another nursing facility. All I can say is Yuck.
