really would not recommend this place to anyone. The admins have no care toward the residents and do not supply everything staff needs to do there job ex:not proving new hoyers causes old damaged equitment to lead to a hoyerfall resulting in resident death. CNAS there do an awful job and leave the rooms with trash and towels everywhere and very unprofessial converstaions in public.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
I agree. It's a very cheap institution. The health care staff is overwhelmed with the high number of residents they have to take care of. Besides being cheap, they're also liars. They promise the staff to get "as much training to make them feel comfortable" and once hired (you sign the contract) they give you 2 days.
Nurses cut corners to get the job done because of high number of patients they have. One CNA got fired after making a mistake which he/she did not have to do it if there were someone available to help him/her (more CNAs on the floor). Those idiots preferred to fire that CNA and thought they solved the problem instead to come up with the real solution (lowering the patient ratio).
