This was the most horrendous facility I have ever seen. Worse than the worst Veteran Administration centers through VA. The care was so poor, my family member had to call 911 and have the Police come because nobody answered the call bell.
Ugh…the horror stories go on and on. If you love your parent DO NOT let them stay a single day in the convalescent center.
