My mother is now at Envoy and I try to be understanding of the short staff problems. The staff tries very hard, but they really need a DON/ADON and Executive Director that know how to care for patients. My brother had a tracheostomy that came out and the ADON ran from the room 7 months ago. She need some training or more educaton. The Executive Director cannot speak English to explain the lack of training. Please Envoy get some educated people in your building.
