I have had a family member in this nursing home and it is a disgrace to enter the place. The smell is terrible. There were worms in the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor sticky. Thank God I took my family member out. He fell 3 times and had brusies all over him.
They are short of aids and the only time I saw sufficent amount of aids was when lisensure arrived. Administration does not treat staff properly. I have seen admin. screaming at the aids. It is just a dirty place. Proper documentation is never done.
THe aids have to care for to many clients and clients are not bathed as they should
be. Some clients are kept in bed all day. When lisensure comes they manage to sit the clients up. Then they keep them up all day.
Way too long. They are slumping over in the chairs. Thanks for allowing me to speak about this facility.
