I was there after my Knee surgery. I do not eat meat and requested for vegetarian food or fish, many times sausages and other meat items were sent to me,when asked for fish,it was cold and was not eatable. It happened repeatedly.
In therapy very little time was given for that.
After two weeks I started coming home after therapy and returned to the facility at night,since that was required to sleep there.
The nurses were good.The administrative staff was not organized , they made me stay there over the limit,although I kept on asking them ,that I should not be there over my insurance limits,I only needed physical therapy,they told me it is their policy to give occupational therapy also,which I did not need. Any way they over charged my insurance .
