The nursing staff is lower then it use to be. Why? The people still need help going to potty WITH no hand holds on the pottys any more? Why? How often are the resthome people put on Dry depends?? 1hr,'3hrs,6hrs??? This is one thing most of the people need help with. IS THIS When my mother is wet depend and clothes Is is too long with out a potty time. This is alot of work for the nurses I know that is why more help is needed.
