I am only giving this facility 1 star because the form is making me. I wouldn't give it any part of a star. This facility is worse than terrible. It is under-staffed and the cnas and nurses have way too many patients to even provide decent care. RUN THE OTHER WAY. If you care about your loved one and are reading this please do not put your loved one there. My mother went in able to walk with a walker and feed herself. After several very serious infections there (mersa, cdiff) from neglect, she left that facility unable to walk or feed herself. I could go on and on about how awful this facility is but I get too upset just thinking about the place and the neglect of my mother. Oh BTW, on two different occasions, she was left in bed for 3 days. RUN THE OTHER WAY.
