While I do agree that you have some wonderful staff there, for the most part this nursing home is completely understaffed. And many of the staff are very green and not equiped to handle the situations and stress they encounter. This facility has received NUMEROUS serious violations from the state - it is any wonder how it has not yet been shut down for negligence.
