Review of Rocky Mountain Care - Riverton

My mother was a patient at the end of last year to the beginning of this year. What prompted me to write this review is that she has had another situation that requires transitional care currently and due to location, we chose a different facility. I can honestly say that was a mistake. The level of care, compassion, and communication at Rocky Mountain Riverton is 100 times better than where she is now. I go to this facility every day to check on her and not once has the administration spoken with me about my mother's care plan. When she was at RMC Riverton, I met with my mom's entire team the first week she was there. Everything was explained to me up front. Because my mother lives with us, we were a part of the care plan. I cannot say enough good things about RMC. The nursing staff is excellent; the dining facility is great; the OT and PT staff are phenomenal; the facility is cheerful and well decorated; and the administration communicates quite well in my opinion. If things don't change at this other facility, I will be making an appointment with RMC to see about continuing my mom's rehab there.
