My grandparent had called me on the phone, and is very hard of hearing. So he thought no one answered. I called the facility on another phone, while still on the other phone listening to my grandparent call for help. I was lied to the person on the phone said she sent a nurse in to check on him, and he was sound asleep. at this time I had been on the phone for 15 mins, listening to my grandparent yell for help. I called the nurse out on it, and told her to go into his room, and pick up the phone I was on there. She finally sent someone in, they picked up the phone and hung up. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher, she said sorry they are not available. I went to the website, and no place to submit review.
