This nursing facility is very understaffed and has a poor focus on quality of care… Would never put another family member through what we went through with this facility. I agree with review prior to mine that says they do have some very caring and educated nurses on staff…. But a few good nurses can't carry the weight of that many patients and incompetent CNAs I would suggest searching outside of Brigham even if it is more of a drive for family

I would not reccomend this rehab center for your loved one! From what I have seen a lot of residents are not showered on a regular basis and stay in the same clothing for days!

The food is either underdone or overcooked and is not very appealing. some of the nurses are very kind and helpful but I think they are overworked and understaffed. Make sure to check reveiws and visit the nursing homes and ask question before your loved one goes to a nursing home!

THEY DONT DEAL WELL WITH ELDERLY DIMENTIA OR ALZHIMERS IF YOUR LOVED ONE HAS ANY OF THESE THEY JUST SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!
