There I no way the ratings posted are correct. This facility is old and not well maintained. I can't believe the rating on Health Inspections, maybe if they know the inspector is coming. The nursing care is no way a two star. Nursing care is very poor. Just about any time of the day you walk in you find them all huddled up visiting and snacking. They give the appearance of being lazy, sloppy and unaware that they are there to assist, care for, and attend to those living there. The hand sanitizers are empty more times than they are full . Patients can't even ask for a kleenex and get one. I'm not writing this to be mean but how I see it.
