if there was an option for zero stars that's what I would pick. The administrator that is there is all about the bottom line, there is no compassion, caring or understanding for the patients in this faciilty. She left another nursing home in San Antonio after bringing it down to the ground as well. Do not put your loved one there, the staff will have no support and will have no choice but to compromise the care given!
