This place sucks! It is the newest facility but had the second worst survey history. They should have no flags because they are so new. Check it out for yourself it is public knowledge. Review last year and this year survery results. Bad! Bad! Bad!

I am looking for at several facilities right now. Can you tell me where to find their surveys. The only information I can find online is from the initial survey in 2010. Having had to for a variety of reasons be in several nursing homes in the past few years I know that the surveys are done yearly. I cannot agree that just being a new facility means no flags. That just isn't even realistic. Some buildings don't pass their first inspection. Have you had family there? Been there yourself? Any information helps. Thanks so much!
