This was the worst care I have ever had a family member receive. The nursing care is horrible because they are under staffed. My husband had two baths in 5 weeks time and that was done by OT staff not nursing. Lab work was drawn but not sent to lab and had to be drawn again stat on the next day. Discharge orders for another patient were left in his room with all of her private information. The food was horrible and always served cold.
I would not ever use any of the facilites by this company again.
