We were also "taken" by the tour. Once there, my 86 year old Mom was on her own. Rarely was she checked on. Had to ask for water, walker, went days w/o a bath. By the way, she had DOUBLE knee replacement! Nursing staff sucked except for Fran. PT was great. Everyone talked about how wonderful the food was. It was slightly better than the hospital, which also sucked.
