I have lived here for 17 months. We recently got a new administrator, which I am grateful for. The previous administrator was running the facility with money being more of a concern then the residents and the staff. We were having to fight for rights we already have. Privacy was thrown to the wayside. Staff were not knocking before coming in. Our dementia residents were just walking in to our rooms and not leaving. I personally had 25 visits one day, 17 from one resident.
