Windsor Quail Nursing home in Missouri city texas is d worst place to send your loved ones. They are very very very unprofessional. I cannot recommend them to my worst enemy. The Nurse's didn't know what they were doing. The CNA'S were always screaming in the hall way. It was like a zoo there. At night when you go there unannounced you discover that the staff are highly negligent and in experienced. Like WHAT, REALLY.
