My recommendation is that this facility hire more staff. The facility is very nice but the staffing is ALWAYS short which puts pressure on the staff that works and hinders the quality of care for the residents. Hopefully the management will catch on. Treat your employees well and you will excel as a top notch high ranked establishment. Thanks for reading this.
