rude and will not listen to their patience..think that they should not say a word . if they do they are being hard and they threaten to kick them out unless they shut up..say they will not hurry to answer they hard patience call button..they can just wait until they are ready to check on them…so i think they are bad unless you want to put your family in a place to just die
