This is a slightly above average care center. With 5 years experience of their care of my mother, I'd say that most of the time they are responsive to her needs. Because they have dementia patients, there is a theft problem and they do not… Full Review

Kemp Care Center has been making strides. The new facility will be open soon, including new CNAs, RNAs and I'm sure a new DNA. As of now the place is small but very homey like. Almost every bed is occupied but with the facility being so small… Full Review
