Staff was friendly, but no knowledgable about medical care. Each time you speak to someone you will get a different response. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They are not consistant with what is first stated. My father almost drowned due to water in his stoma at his throat. Nurse claimed, "I didn't know". Walked in found him with vomit all over him and in the stoma. Staff who took temperture lied to us saying it was 100.5, when in reality it was 105.0. This is with family there almost 24/7. He was there 4 days and then back to ER. The man in bed next to him was never taken out of his bed in the 4 days we were there or bathed. His diaper was changed twice a day, no one came in to talk to him during the day. This is so sad!
