Overall, this facility is fair at best. My aunt has been there for about 6 years and some things have gotten better, but others are worse. The office staff finds it impossible to get paperwork in order and they keep sending me bills for huge amounts of money. . .even though I have nothing to do with my aunt's expenses. I have found out through Medicaid and Social Security that they have repeatedly botched their applications and other paperwork, which has resulted in them not getting paid. Somehow they blame this on me when it's all their fault. Very frustrating to say the least.
