My 93-year old father was in Friendship Haven for three months recuperating from a fall. We had nothing but problems & couldn't wait to get him home. Food was cold, they lost his clothes, misplaced his walker, help was in-attentive and short-handed. Head nurse on his hall was a real *&^%*!@ and even the aids would rather quit than deal with her.
