This place is definetly run by a bunch of morons. Nobody there gives a damn about the patients. Everytime i call to see how my dad is either i get transfer to another room or just get hung up. When asked for help they take about 45 min to 1 hr. Patients are left in the hallway for hours. As i was walking through the hallway one of the patients actually grabbed me and was begging me for help. When asked about who is in charged of this facility nobody seems to know. Something is not right with this place. I'm sure i can hire a bunch of monkeys and open my own facility at least i know the elderly will be better cared for by monkeys than these lazy asses. CALLING ALL SOCIAL WORKERS TO INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE ASAP.
