The facility looks good on the outside but inside the people (employee's) especially management (DON) are horrible to deal with. The DON is rude
not only to family members but also to their staff. I have seen and heard
terrible treatment of their staff. The Administrator is "never" available to
talk to and "never" returns calls. As a family member I would never bring
my loved ones there again!
