My husband and I had unsatisfactory experience with the rehab part of the facility. The staff was anything but professional, except for a few eployees. When you ring the bell for assistance, it was a couple occassions where we waited up to 30 minutes for response time. We reported that the commode wouldn't flush upon arrival. It took 3 days for them to even make an attempt to fix it and another 3 days to complete the work order. It also took 3 days for his therapy to begin. Even the food was horrible and would sometimes be cold on arrival. The room was often hot and stuffy. I often asked the nurse in charge to change the dressing on his incision. They would only change it if I asked them. Upon leaving the facility, my husband had a doctors appointment and it was then discovered that it was infected. He was sent back to surgery to have the incision cleaned and continued care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to this facility. I can't tell anyone where to go, but enter at your own risk!!
