Our father has been in GV for only a short while before he had to be transported to the hospital where the doctors said he suffered from dehydration, anemia and pneumonia. All of these symptoms should be easily avoided if proper care was given… Full Review
Administrator and Head Nurse are difficult to deal with, and not trust worthy. Facility is grossly under staffed and not managed well, often rooms smell. It is difficult to locate assistance, even though several workers are at the nursing… Full Review
