Interlochen is neither the best nor the worst nursing home I have been in in the last seven years. I recieve more than adequate care here. Yes, you have to wait sometimes, that's true in any group situation. My concerns have always been addressed. It's a state regulation that the staff cannot change briefs during meals, it's a cross contamination risk. It's unpleasant, but there it is. People who rate this facility have never been in aa really bad one . A lot of time people come here straight from the hospital and they expect the same level of staffing. That is simply not the case, for any nursing home.
