Both of my parents are at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care in Rutledge Tn. I live in South Jersey. Both parents were placed in the hospital because they got sick. Nobody notified me. It wasn't until I called 2 weeks later to check on them when I found out. So my rating of this facility is 0.
