I would discourage anyone that is considering this facility. I have a mother currently in this facility,but I would like to tell you a few things. First my mother is a diabetic and was taken off her meds which for a week has allowed her blood surger to be over 240. She has been getting the wrong tray with someone elses food. This morning she was awaken at 6:00 am taken down to the shower room was told they where not ready taken back to her room left against the wall for two hours in her wheel chair. After complaining for two hours they finally came in at 10:30 for her bath. This is unacceptable since I sat and watched 5 nurses out in the courtyard having a cigarette break. James Perry

I have a loved one there and my family member has reported the same thing. Also, staff that dispeneses medication is unqualified and rude. If you question them about giving medication,which is sometimes wrong, they will retaliate. The social work staff is nonexistent and does not follow through. I would suggest loking at other facilities if you are not able to stay with your family member.
