patient to staff ratio does not meet State requirements and there is very high turnover in CNAs. always short-handed.
Family will be dismissed and misled when they question or request anything.
Food is less than acceptable and they run out of milk at the end of each month.
Training of the constant new employees is lacking and they aren't reviewed by the nursing staff that things are completed or instructions on charts are followed.
You will be disappointed, frustrated and in constant turmoil as we were for the stay that our loved one had while just "existing" at this facility.
