I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy! GHC is grossly understaffed which only compounds the horrible care the residents receive. Most residents are left in soaking wet briefs for hours at a time while the staff sits around and gossips. In addition, call lights go unanswered for way too long (I counted 30 minutes on one occasion). I heard a staff member tell a resident that he and his family were dirty b*tches and he needed to shut up. It makes me sick to think that these residents have to be stuck here, most for the duration of their lives. Please heed this warning and DO NOT put your family member in this hell hole!
