Review of Durham-Hensley Health and Rehabilitation

4 Star User Review

I would like to see some kind of alarm in the rooms that notified personnel when the temp is below 70 degrees in the summer and similar set up for winter time . Room temps are not regulated well. All rooms have individual heat and air units for the residents to self control room temperatures. Which would be good if they are capable. Bed fast, non-speaking, and mentally non capable residents need better management in this area.

CNA's should be open to family suggestions with a smile, and not defensive. I hope anyone who leaves the AC turned up all the way and goes home has the same done to them when they are not capable to communicate that they are cold. No wonder there is so many pneumonia situations. Two deaths in the same room same weekend. HMMM!
