My mother is a resident of this facility. I have had three aunts that have been in the Norris Health and Rehab in years past. It has come a long way. I know it's hard for the nurses and other staff members to take of everyone but they seem to manage. My mother is happy and she has gained weight, which she needed. I think the nursing home is under different management now. It's clean, new furniture and they have activities for the residence. They play bingo, do exercise, have church services and several other activities.
I want to think all of the staff at Norris Health and Rehab for all the hard work you do. All of you make a good team and it shows when you go for a visit. It's like a family and that's why I wanted my mother in Norris Health and Rehab Center.
