I don't think that they want new patients. I had heard wonderful comments when they were Agape (and name changed) -- but for 17 days of leaving messages, emailing and even stopped by twice - I was still unable to get Alexis Edwards in Admissions to take the time to speak with me about what was needed so certainly couldn't be bothered to add another patient to their facility. Since I was trying to place a new patient there, then you'd think I would get top notch service….if this is their best then I'd hate to think what my family member would have endured once they were actually a patient there.
