Terrible care, little to no staff available to answer questions, the management is incompetent and do not have enough experience to know what they are suppose to do, My mom didn't get a shower, we had to take her out of the facility because the care was so poor.

This must have been an extremely isolated incident as I have been a patient in Brightwater rehab and have nothing but positive remarks regarding staff, therapists and patient care staff such as CNA,s and housekeeping.
