I had a family member stay at Bannister House after release from the hospital. I found the level of care provided to patients at this facility is far from acceptable and detrimental to the patients well being . Diet & nutrition guidelines are neglected as well as lack of attention to proper doses of medications for the patient causing risk to the patient's condtion. Bannister House really needs to put the patient first .. a patient who is there to get well and depends on a "skilled nursing" staff to make sure he or she is properly cared for.
